A successful writer, educationalist and photographer, I have over thirty years experience of inspiring young people in a range of settings, including the classroom, with my passion for life and the Universe.
Bringing together my love of science, language, creativity and the fantastic, I have discovered my authorial voice and my ability to weave the fictive dream. I am very proud to be called a ‘natural storyteller’. The balance between light and dark, matter and vacuum – everything and nothing, underpins all of the writing I am doing at the moment. One of the things I love about fantasy writing is the opportunity it gives you to focus on 
a little of the fabric of life and blow it up large.
At present I am working on the first book in the Wearlde World series of young adult fantasy novels, Charlie Quinn and the Woven Wearlde, whilst being commissioned to write various features and articles.
